# Create Your Account

> Sign up for Mojeeb with your name, email and password or with Google, answer the three-step wizard that creates your first agent, and land on the Agent Knowledge page: what the wizard asks, what the free plan includes, and how your company, team and password work.

Creating a Mojeeb account takes about two minutes: sign up with your name, email and password, or with Google, and a three-step wizard creates your first agent. No credit card is needed. The free plan lets you try the agent on the website widget, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

## How do I sign up?

Open [dashboard.mojeeb.app/signup](https://dashboard.mojeeb.app/signup), the **Create your account** page, and fill in **Full name**, **Email address** and a **Password** of 8 characters or more, then click **Create Account**. Or click **Continue with Google** and pick your Google account; you return signed in. From the login page, the link **Create account** under "Don't have an account?" leads to the same form.

## What happens after I sign up?

A three-step wizard creates your first agent and your company at once; there is no separate workspace step.

1. **Name Your Agent** — Type your business or brand name.
2. **What will your agent do?** — Tick one or more purposes: **Customer Support**, preselected, **Social Media Moderator**, **Website Support**, **Sales Assistant**, **Feedback Collection**, **Onboarding Assistant** or **General Assistant**. They become the first line of the agent's Main Instructions. Depending on your browser's time zone, a second line asks for an Arabic dialect: Egyptian Arabic for Cairo, Saudi Arabic for Riyadh and for any time zone Mojeeb does not recognize; other recognized time zones, such as Dubai or London, add no dialect line; see [Main Instructions](/docs/features/main-instructions).
3. **Congratulations!** — Click **Try your agent** to open the [Agent Knowledge](/docs/features/agent-knowledge) page, where you write its instructions and add its knowledge. **Skip**, offered on the first two steps, opens that page without creating an agent; you can create one later from the agent selector.

## What is my company in Mojeeb?

Your company is the account everything belongs to: agents, team members, conversations, clients, contacts and billing. It is created for you with your first agent, and you do not name it or switch between companies. One person belongs to one company; joining another company is possible only by accepting an invitation, which moves you out of your current one. ## How do I invite my team?

Go to [Team](https://dashboard.mojeeb.app/team-management) in the sidebar, click **Add**, and in **Invite Team Member** enter the **Email Address**, pick the **Role** and, when you have several agents, which **Agents** they may open, then click **Send Invitation**. The invitation is emailed and can also be shared as a link. See [Team Management](/docs/features/team-management).

## Common questions

### Can I use Mojeeb for free?

Yes. The free plan has no time limit and asks for no credit card; it limits monthly messages and does not include WhatsApp.

### Can I have more than one company?

No. Each person belongs to one company. If a colleague invites you to theirs, accepting the invitation moves you there.

### How do I reset my password?

Click **Forgot password?** on the login page, enter your email and click **Send Reset Link**. The email's link opens a page to set a new password.

### Can I change my email address later?

Not from the dashboard. **Settings**, in the profile menu at the top, lets you change your name, phone, photo and password; the email is fixed. Contact support to change it.

### Is my data secure?

Yes. Mojeeb uses encrypted connections, short-lived sign-in tokens, and a managed database with passwords handled by its authentication service.
